We have introduced an online booking system for all of our Parents’ Evenings for parents to make appointments with their child’s different teachers. You can use the link below where you will be able to set up an account and, following some security checks, you will see a list of your child’s teachers.
Our new upgraded school news app is used to help keep parents/carers better informed about events, news, letters to parents, newsletters, school closures and now has direct links to the school website, parents’ evening booking system and Parentpay plus much more. The app is free to download for iPhones, Windows and Android Phones. The app is also compatible with iPads but to download you have to search the store in ‘iphone only’ mode.
To download the new version of the app:
Option A: Search your app store for “Jigsaw School App” and then download
Option C: Scan one of the QR Codes on the instructions document below
You can then select ‘Swanwick Hall School’ from the list of schools when you first open the app, this will then save this under ‘my organisations’. You can then go into the settings icon (top right of the app screen) to select other various settings such as language, notifications etc.
Parent App is the system where you can see individual information relating to your child regarding attendance, achievements, timetables and reports. Parents can either access the Parent Portal via the link on our homepage or via the app.
To request a login for the Parent Portal:
